Cohotate Hollow is a private, rentable regenerative flower and medicinal herb farm on six acres in Athens, New York. Situated across from the Cohotate Preserve and the Hudson River the watershed is always front of mind and property. We grow specialty cut flowers and medicinal herbs on terraced beds, and turn the harvest into a small apothecary line traceable to the soil. Alongside the farm is a wellness retreat built around a restored late-1800s Victorian, with U-pick, workshops, and gatherings to come. Everything here is shaped by the water that runs toward the river and by the belief that good land, good work, and good company belong together. Open to all, Spring 2027.
